Our thriving and active Scout Group has a dedicated leadership team who produce exciting and dynamic programmes for young people ages 4 to 18, teaching life skills as well as having plenty of fun along the way!
It’s exciting being involved with us, we believe that through adventure, young people can regularly experience new challenges that enrich their lives, meet lifelong friends and make memories to last a lifetime throughout their 4th Heswall Scouting journey.
To ensure your child gets a place at 4th Heswall from a young age, we actively encourage parents to offer their support to our group through our Adult Volunteer Programme as well as join the early years waiting list for their child. This enables our leaders to see the projected intake each term into the each section, as well as predicted assistance from adults to ensure that every child in our area has the opportunity to join the Scouting Movement.
Children with adults who can contribute even a small amount of time to our group will be considered first when selecting from our reserve waiting lists.
Scouting develops a child’s mental health, fosters resilience, builds confidence and improves physical ability. Proud parents watch as we turn shy little people into confident young adults.
