17-seat (14 YP seat) lightweight minibus available for use by any adult member of Scouts UK aged 30 to 70 possessing a full UK driving license, provided your hiring group holds a valid Section 19 permit.

Further Information & Guidelines

• The minibus will be clean inside & out with a full tank of Diesel on collection — Please return in the same condition.
• Drivers must conduct mandatory vehicle checks (tyres, pressure, lights, fluids, screen wash) prior to driving.
• Drivers must be aged 30–70 with a clean license (up to 9 points for speeding allowed) and declare claims from the last 5 years.
• Equipped with Wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto (compatible with Waze, Maps, Sygic), reversing camera & sounder.
• Includes full AA Fleet support with replacement vehicle & recovery.
• Fuel Economy: ~6.25 miles per litre.
• Drivers must complete the usage log via the cab QR code on collection and return.
• Vehicle release is dependent on payment confirmation from our treasurer.

⚠️ FINANCIAL LIABILITY NOTICE: The 4th Heswall Sea Scout Group Minibus is lent out on the understanding that the group will not suffer financially due to use, incident, or accident that occurs whilst on loan.
