Beavers in Boats

Introducing the Beavers and Cubs to the Sea Scouts’ favourite activity…messing around on boats!
During our group camp in June, where over 50 members slept under canvas for the weekend, we all took part in many activities and adventures.
Our Beavers and Cubs enjoyed some unaided sailing around the lake in the Wirral Sailing Centre Funboats and also some exhilarating sailing with the senior Scouts in our fleet of Fusion Sailboats.
This was the first time on the water for some of our younger members, but certainly don’t think it will be the last.
