HOW TO BOOK
Using the calendar below check the minibus is available.
Click on BOOK NOW to complete the Google form (you will need your membership number).
You will be emailed a booking confirmation and invoice, the amount will be calculated based on £48.00 per day pro rata.
Please pay the invoice by bank transfer using the provided MB reference number prior to use.
All members who wish to drive the vehicle must submit a copy of the front and back of their photo card driving license to: minibus@4thheswallseascouts.org.uk
A 4th Heswall volunteer will be in touch to discuss collection, use, and drop off nearer the time.
The bus will be clean inside and out, and full of diesel – please return in the same condition.
It is your responsibility to carry out the required driver checks before you drive the vehicle (tyres / tyre pressures / lights / fluid levels / screen wash etc)
ALL drivers of the minibus will need to provide a photo of their driving license (both sides) to their appointed 4th Heswall volunteer, this will be stored on the group’s secure cloud drive.
Drivers must be over 30 and under 70 with a clean driving license (up to 9 points for speeding allowed) and must declare any insurance claims within 5 years.
Any items used from the Emergency Aid kit MUST be reported and logged in the accident book.
You must CLEAN inside and out and refill with DIESEL before you return it.
The minibus is equipped with Wireless Apple Car Play and Android Auto.
It features a reverse camera and sounder to ensure safe reversing.
There is full AA Fleet support included with replacement vehicle & recovery.
Please make arrangements to collect & return with your appointed 4th Heswall volunteer.
Collection & return outside of booked hours to be arranged with the appointed volunteer.
We will not release the bus until a transfer of funds has been confirmed by our treasurer.
4th Heswall Sea Scout Group Minibus is lent out on the understanding that the group will not suffer financially due to use, incident, or accident that occurs whilst it is on loan to another Group.
