Beavan 2024
The Beavan Challenge is an annual Scout, Guide, Explorer, and Rangers competition which it is open to all groups across the United Kingdom.
Managed and delivered by West Wirral Scout District on behalf of Merseyside County Scouts. The challenges range from Hiking, Watersports, Shooting, Archery, and Emergency Aid activities, teams can gain points and work their way up the leaderboards over the weekend.
Over the years 4th Heswall have been very successful and recently have had podium finishes in every competition since our first Beavan Challenge in recent years, 2018.
The Beavan Challenge in 2022 saw wins in two of the three categories, and again in 2023. This year our teams all placed highly with one second place, and two third places. You can see our teams in action in our video below or click here to see our 2024 gallery.
